Maybe private insurance will be cheaper we pay a little over 600 a month for medical, dental and vision for the entire family ...4 a we...

i have contacted my HR and requested a manual. i've read it and reread it...called HR to confirm, and reread the manual again. i made di current mr ilp do the same.

mi get 6 up to 8 weeks of maternity leave. i get paid 100% of my salary if i have the days to cover it. i am paid 100% as long as i have the time to cover it, up to 8 weeks. after that i would have to go on FMLA of which i use my time up but am paid 75% and full medical up to 16 weeks.

di current mr ilp get 2 weeks and 100% after that he can take FMLA, but has to pay 50% of his medical and no pay.
