this happened to my coworker's kid at daycare..
she drop har daughter off one morning then pick har up an go home an a wash de kid hair an si say de front tun inna bangs an have small bald patch \o/
when shi confront the 'caregivers' the next day an ask if dem cut de girl hair..one a dem say no, they didn't do anything and the other said " does this look like a salon to you?"

ahmmm, I find it hard to believe that they would allow scissors in a 2 yr old room and even harder to believe that de pikney dem would be able fi pick up de scissors and cut hair widout jook out one annedda eye an de daycare ppl dem nuh seet

Mi know bout safety scissors...but mi still nuh feel say dem would lef de toddlers dem fi use it an naw watch dem (if is a next kid do it) and why be so rude an uncooperative when de parent come an a ask question?
mi coworka did say dem would mek comments bout de baby hair an say it too unruly and heng dung inna har face too much.
Mi naw lie, it's a caucasian baby an de mom would grease har hair so it used to look stringy an messy so who knows...
