Students charged after sexual incident in class


The Associated Press

Two middle school students who allegedly engaged in oral sex in a classroom while a substitute teacher and other students were present are being charged with sodomy and disruption of a public school.


Capt Jerry Stewart of the Houston County Sheriff's Department said the students are being held at the Crisp Youth Detention Center. A hearing has been scheduled for Monday in Houston County Juvenile Court for the students.

The Warner Robins Police Department released its report Friday regarding the Dec. 4 incident.

The police report said the incident involved a male and female student. The report said it occurred while the substitute teacher was at the front of the room and her view was blocked.

mi did post one bout dis school wen di teachas were having a merry chrismas wid dem student..di janitor all find a couple in di closet n tinking dem was both students report dem, ongle fi find out dat one of di two was di teacher...den two more teacher from di said school get ketch...

They are minority kids so that explain the charges. Why did they call the cop? Is there any issues that the schools and address inhouse any more?

The state of Georgia, USA, has strange sodomy laws. A husband and wife can be jailed it they participate in oral sex with each other.
