it just takes extra planning but it is not as daunting as some people mek it out to be

nylah-a lightweight umbrella stroller will do the trick once on the ground and just be prepared to take it slow-er.

even in the city where i currently live, i make sure i know where i can find a public child friendly restroom (the decent ones) at all times, and that is the worse, everything else is a quick fix


eventually you will be able to leave them with grandma (trust me) and slip away for a few days by yourselves

But aside from that ..keeping it real.. I am not going to spend upteems of dollas on an infant to go to an exotic place wey dem cyan appreciate. Dat in MHO makes no sense to me. Mi nat even waan carry her to Disney World at 1 yr ole much less. I need to know if she is on travel - even if a Disney she can appreciate and learn something from the experience.

I travelled when she was in her infancy and she stayed behind with Granma and I did my thing..Now shi ole enuff to explore in her own way den shi can pack her bags an come along.

good point about the 1 yr old not even being able to appreciate Disneyland If I were to haul a kid around at that age it would solely be for my own enjoyment and they would have to tag along cause the govt says I need to feed and clothe them

I watch some women in the airport (some with husbands too) and good grief they look like they have the weight of the world on them shoulders They cant seem to manage a thing. But I am a really organized person who loves to have Plan A, B, and C in place so here's to hoping I never look like them

an if it does, depending on the age of the child, mek sure u have extra diapers/pull ups, change a clothes, snacks or money to buy sumthing in the lounge
if u frustrated, imagine de pikney. When you traveling, try to make it as comfortable as possible for the kid(s)

Yeah when she went to JA with me I did all the upfront planning .. Even arranged for her car seat to be there when she arrived and mek sure pack tings fi di maskita dem. LOL. Organizing an planning is nat the prablem. For me is picking the right age/time for her to travel to appreciate the experience.

Anytime a Jamaica commercial come on the TV shi pint an dance an sey &quot;Mommy that's 'Amaica&quot; If I took her there as an infant I doubt she would have a clue what that commercial was about. Mi also proud dat when shi si black green an gole shi know what country it represents.

But as grown an curious as she is mi noh plan fi have har as Hand bag every time mi tek plane. It goes without saying that you need some R&amp;R by yuseld or wid whomever sometime. No true?

I love kids and cant wait to have them, but I dont think you have to give up on your dreams because you have them. Mo-fire is testament to this You just have to be creative in how you incorporate the little ones into your bucket list
