the real issue is that you do have some 'entitled' parents and there are also some parents who think their baby is just another package to go wherever they go, whether it is appropriate for a child or not

your life has changed when you have a baby and adjustments have to be made.. It is not all about you (the generic you fi clarification anymore

Mi coworker dem have happy hour couple weeks ago an say dat one lady went and picked up her kid from daycare then went to the happy hour wid de kid (2 year old) and de lil girl ran wild roun de place...wah dat fah?? go have a drink @ home or sumthing...everybody know mi love my liquor an mi neva so fool fi go pik up my pikney dem an go a nuh bar.

family event is family event and adult is fi adult...if u can't get a sitter, kip yuh [censored] a yuh yaad an accept de sacrifice dem yuh hafi mek when u decide fi have kids. </div></div>

I’m on the phone with my dear, dear friend this morning – she lives in DC.

We’re trying to put together a plan for her to come up here for a wknd.

Her 4 year old daughter comes in the room pulling at her and playing and throwing things.

She hates when her Mom is on the phone.

Yuri maybe that is why I am in no hurry to force Adale to talk on the phone (especially when mi call bout important things and you bout mek him talk to mi nuh ) I do not think I am a very good parent by any chance but somethings just no mek sense.

I have a relative who cant understand why I no longer come to visit and the one time I went I refused to stay over at his house. But I carried my 1 year old to his house and the pickney was doing him normal pickney thing and mi realise the man house never pickney friendly and mi no think it fear fi ask this 70+ year old senior citizen fi put up with the actions of a likkle pickney nor is it fair to ask a young child like that to sit still for long periods but just me.

I'm VERY VERY VERY kid friendly.

But there's a time and place for everything.

And my girlfriend lets her 4 year old RULE her.

That's crazy.

When is she going to start teaching her some boundaries?

And I try and do my part too - mi si wid ar. Pikni nuh ez. I always ask her, Maria, when is the best time to call you? Call me when you have time. Call me when you've but the baby down. etc, etc,

as soon as mi tun mi back di pickney empty out di bowl and scatter di pieces pan di area rug like she a flower girl inna smaddy wedding
