for how long and under what circumstances?

Background
The parents are not abusive.
The boychild is ADHD and an alcoholic.
He has already spent time in rehab.
Parents have him in private school.
He is 17.

Oh, dem kick him out di house because he "mooned" his teacher and got suspended from HS.

is the boychild in therapy with a psychologist? cause it sound like im not medicated so im adhd impulses not quite in control.

is the pvt school he is in, one for adhd kids (ie specialized)

all I know is that it is a charter school with smaller class size than public, don't know if it specialize.
The meds did mek him more manic soh him not on it noh more.

mi feel fi him parents, an the thing is, he is a really nice kid. very respectful when him come a mi yaad or if mi buck him up a road. and very athletic.

ting is, dem kick him out but him still goh home a day time fi bade an eat an dem ting deh. he lives across the back alley frm us

Call the police, the pastor , the children services or ALL of them to tek care of the matter.

Out of courtesy tell the parents first (cause dem sound like them trying) that you cannot manage him at your home but you concern bout him and you will have to call one of the above or ALL 3 of them because you can't leave him pan de street.

Him is a minor, somebody have to be officially responsible fe him.
