Sleep training begins

Night number 1... child number 2 has been served with eviction papers and is currently asleep in his prison aka the crib minus the animal friends and the white noise of the fan. lets see how long he will last.

Next will be evicting the 6 year old who is hell bent on staying even though he was told he is no longer welcomed for overnight sleeps.

Night 3 was a bust... didn't even try ... and since I've been awake since 2 am (dont ask i want to poke my eyes out) I can make no promises that tonight will be much better... but i figured out some things about him today... I was able to break some things my mother trained him with so I should be able to train him to sleep.

This ought to be interesting.

I am the older of 2 children who my parents tried to get out their bed. By the time my brother came along, I don't think he ever even got a chance to get in it.

Do you close the bedroom door at night?

The locked door should really help. If memory serves, I was not trying to wake nobody up when I crept back in.
