it doesn't look cruel to me, if some barb wire was wrapped around it then....... but is just some clear plastic. So you have to buy two? Suppose she just switch to the other hand or fingers...

i think that pepper thing would be cruel and unusual myself. I saw this video on tv where the mom put pepper on the child tongue for being rude...and the cries and screams from the child

anyway that contraption doan look like it gwine work but no harm in giving it a try.

just mek little wendy get a job when she's a teenager to pay u back for the braces
