I need some help please

Sar sch have an international night coming up...as one of the 2 black families in the school...the other family also happens to be Jamaican...we are running the Jamaica table. I need food ideas so they can "sample" our cuisine. Something easy to prepare and distribute.


Also mi trying to teach her a folk song. She's got her little bandanna outfit already so now she need di right song. She seems to like 'long time gal mi neva see you'. I don't think she can manage Day oh...any other suggestions?

snack of strips of coconut meat baked till lighty browned then salted..really tasty

I would suggest coconut drops and peanut brittle but they may have restrictions on what you can make as it pertains to allergies... better check on that first...

If I'm not to late, what about bulla cake. They are easy and tasty. You can cut them in half or quarters.

My kids used to love to sing &quot;Tingalayo, come likkle donkey come&quot; and pretend they were calling the donkey then pulling the donkey up a hill.

Food? I would put out pineapple cubes, mango popsicles, and bun &amp; cheese squares as was mentioned before.
