He's 17. G1 is the first stage of getting a driver's licence in Ontario.

The thing about the job: he's very low maintenance which is why he doesn't really see the need to go out and work, but he's going even if it kills him.

Oh yeah, I guess I should mention that he'll still be writing and that he's head writer for some secret group

So with all this he'll be OUT of the house for most of the summer

They love swimming. They went swimming once last week and Abi been asking everyday to go swim. I am supposed to meet with the town's rec director fi di spec ed program to figure out stuff for Abi (and Sarah) to do. Abi is doing great with her
sessions. She is so smart! Very bright. Even more dan Sar but don't tell her mi sed so but lawd
she saucy like wah!

Sound like him ah sort out himself good - education and emotional wise.

My likkle big wan going into the 7th grade this year - 12 1/2 years old but fully teenager in attitude.
She's a good girl - straight A's all the way... very self motivated about her school work but lazy as all get out when it come to cleaning her room...

2 quick stories - I forced her to clean her room the other day and after it was done I said &quot;there you go - don't you feel better now that it's clean?&quot;

She said &quot;Mom, I worked real hard to make this room messy and now all my hard work has gone down the drain&quot; - I was like smartaxx

Another day we were discussing something and she burst into tears - couple days later we discussing the same thing and she was excited and all smiles so I said...
&quot;So you are obviously excited so why did you burst into tears the other day&quot;

She says &quot;MO-om - don't you know I'm hormonal now - I will be crying a lot for no reason for the next few years&quot;

I was like \o/ - obviously the biology lessons took

New school in September - we'll see how that works out.

Imanni going to turn 8 next month! and Lilla turning 2!

She follow back a him all day long and copy his every move!

It's a good thing he is such a sweet boy!

They are my pride and joy, and such a blessing.

What a nice thread.

Me just a ketch it now. He will be coming home for Christmas Friday morning. After this visit, hopefully the next time I see him will be to attend his graduation.

He has some job leads to check out while he is here, maybe he will finally cut his hair.

Here's di girls dem school pics...they both go to different schools an dem doing well. Well, Abi recently went thru some tests and the results showed that she needed additional services in the form of PT. I am somewhat overwhelmed with having to deal with the school, Sp Ed etc. Fighting to get the services she need. Mi glad dem finally see what mi was talking bout but disappointed wid di amount of time dem gonna treat her. Before she started school they were insistent that all she needed was 1 hr speech a week an dat was it. I fought tooth and nail til they decided she needed more services so she is up to four days a week, half days. And she is in daycare the rest of the time so she is getting her socializing on.

Miss Sarah, she is quite fine. Quite the diva and social butterfly as always....not to forget the mouth of a 14 yo She surprises me sometimes too. One day she tell me seh she want a boyfriend when she grow up but she nuh want nuh crazy boyfriend cuz some of them act like a baby or a woman. I could not keep a straight face. She's a very good daughter to me though.
