... about teachers who go on strike just days before students are due to return to school? Or just when students are about to sit a very important exam or series of exams?

I don't think bad of the teachers but I think bad of their union and even if it does result him their demands being met it creates a negative psychological effect on some of the children so does it really yield the best results? I don't think so.

But then I still think teachers should be paid really well and if it means putting more of the budget money into good teachers and parent council raise funds to help keep the operating expenses up to par and volunteer we can have our cake and eat it.
