tanya, u can use it fi help keep dem warm and fi when dem mobile and a crawl over the place dem can wear dem fi protect dem likkle knees.

or maybe dem useless and just deh deh fi looks

mi nuh know nuhbaddy personally who used dem but them was all the rage but dem can be like $30. mi just buy cheap socks from Target and cut off di foot and add back a cuff.

Trip to di ER

had a scare on Monday

mi wake up and realize dat bubba wasn't doing him normal moving around. had a braxton hicks but the guy would not kick or move. mi jiggle him (which usually get a reaction) and not a ting from him. of course mi start tink di worst and i am already the macabre type so dis never help

mi did so glad mi pack mi hospital bag last weekend so mi grab it and mi work bag and drive to ER shortly after 6:00am

dem never mek mi wait. dem wheel mi to labor and delivery. as mi inna wheelchair bubba gi mi a big kick . mi juss had to wonder if di bwoy was a ginnal. anyway him stay silent fi di ress a di ride. mi reach and dem hook mi up to a doppler and mi cud hear him heartbeat immediately when dem hook mi up to the ultrasound it confirmed what i suspected. him did tun rung so now him was kicking towards mi back and placenta and mi cudden feel it.

dem hook mi up to some other monitors anyway - mi blood pressure was fine and him responded appropriately to di one contraction i had in that 1/2 hr.

den dem had mi do a urine test and fi di first time in 29 weeks i had spotting of course dat mean mi had was to spread mi lady bits and endure a speculum but dem cudden identify the source of di bleeding.

got the usual list of things to watch out for after them discharge me. it has been uneventful since then.

does ur ER call a few days later fi check if you alright? two time now mi have ER from different hospitals call back fi see if mi alright.

mi stumped on the whole name thing but i must admit that mi have been delaying really sitting dung and focusing on finding a name. mi more tempted fi run a contest and gi weh a xbox 360 to di smaddy weh come up wid di best name

yikes Frenchie...glad unoo ok...umm...my ER here never called...my PCP did...as for baby name..add me to di anti-Bubba list...lol...poor kid Run a thread and see what we come up with...that's what most of us boardlane mommies did

Yes when the children go to the ER, the people normally call to follow up.

if u lived in the south u could get away with Bubba , I wouldn't recommend it for where u are

btw, di first call from ER was from before mi get pregnant so nuh kid was involved. look like is just how dem operate up yasso.
