well gentle people, mi haffi guh back to work less than 2 weeks time
and mi a have a warm time a find a nanny. mi ask mi fren dem a yard and east coast and you'd think seh mi a charge people fi come wok fi mi
u wudda never tink di economy bad and people waan wok. di biggest problem seem to be di distance. everybody waan deh near yard or east coast 
mi try di online site dem but dem charge by di hour and mi wuda end up a almshouse based on the mount a howas mi wok.
so oonu pray fimi fi find smaddy.
oh, and mi a buy house

FT I think (and of course I don't really know) but look in to a HBsomthing Visa.
basically a working visa for your nanny.
make sure in advance the person you sponsoring has nooooooo criminal background especially drug/weed related.Comment

H2B Visa – Short Term Help
The H2B visa is generally employed by companies with seasonal or intermittent business such as coastal restaurants, theme parks or other tourist spots. <span style="font-weight: bold">However, the H2B visa can also be used to bring nannies to the US. Unlike the au pair program which requires the host family to go through an au pair program, the host family can directly petition for the nanny. </span>The downside is that the host family must be able to show that there are no available US workers for the job and that the work is temporary in nature. While the visa may have a three year duration, the work period must be less than 12 months each year. There are no program fees to be paid but the host family must pay the nanny the prevailing wage as determined by the US Labor Department.Comment

mi google likkle while and it look like first a I-40 petition haffi file (along with Dept of labor certificate) and then if that is approved one can apply for a EB-3 visa

hunter was 6 weeks shy of one year before mommy went back down.
