This position is for a Sales Manager with responsibility for managing the company’s Jamaican sales operation.

Qualifications
Successful candidates will at least 5 years experience at a sales executive level for a technology firm preferably with systems or IT solutions experience.

Demonstrated expertise in general sales forecasting, planning, business development, and budgeting. Experienced at leading sales teams. Strong leadership skills and business savvy. Additional skills are required for managing sales, such as planning, organizing, communicating and directing; a hands on manager who will lead by example.

He/She shall be a seasoned staff manager and coach with the ability to motivate employees to meet and exceed desired goals, excellent verbal and written communications, interpersonal skills, and a team player with strong ability to build consensus.

Emphasis is on proven ability; will consider all candidates with appropriate experience and skills; a degree is not a requirement. Candidates must be authorized for long-term permanent employment in Jamaica and must easily fit into the Jamaican culture.
