Looking for a good lawyer and real estate agent

I'm looking for a real estate agent, who will be serious about their commission and being fair. One who can communicate efficiently and effectively via email and not be reliant on phone/fax. Also, someone who knows first hand a good, dependable, trustworthy lawyer that can care for a real estate sale. [img]/forums/images/graemlins/tongue.gif[/img]ray:
