Yu haffi have a buisness plan written up fi show the lenders whpo yu aggo beg di money from seh yu know whe yu a do. And show dem seh you willing fi put up some ends of your own fi do the dyam ting..It ruff out deh unless you like di Chinese dem whe pool dem money togedfah and make chit happen..No baddah try dat wid wiown kind. U haffe be on guard at all times and a watch out.
but Kingy, if u a goh do a borrows from a bank, u need to mek a business plan. If u can hire a professional to do it who has gotten business loans already.but watch u back yasoh, cuz some a dem tief too. Also check out the www.sba.com too. they usually have free classes and lots of free advice to get u started and a lot of times they will tell u where the money /bank can be had. If not, hook up with a general business group in u area, who has monthly meetings and network. there u will mingle with whole heap a bankers and tings.
It ruff out there fe get a business started enoh. You have to have either one whole heap a money, and or a SO who will suppose u thru the meagre times, caz a nuff of dat when u a start..Figga de first three years star.
Otherwise, pray fe one nice landlord, who will *help* u gt started and one who will up the money for renovations for you (in lieu of something - like added rent etc). If u get the latta, bwoy run with it, and no argue, caz u set! [img]/forums/images/graemlins/70409-waytogo.gif[/img]
