Intrest rates have been on a steady decline over the past few years...regular bank accounts only giving those kinds of numbers...a fixed deposit might get you up to about 7%...to get into double digits you have to go look other instruments and have big sums (like $5,000,000 can get you in about the 11% range and $10,000,000 can get you up as high as 13%)

yuh haffi go to one of the investment houses(like capital and credt or JMMB or Mayberry) to get in on the higher rates now.

alot of ppl who though they would ride out their retiremnt on hgh intest rates haffi look to mek di money work harder now
