The trade is an apartment right on the beach with meals included for a set amount of time that you both agree on.
She needs and would love this to manifest before the high season starts, if possible.

There's no joke to this deal......
The apartment is on the seaside, beautifully furnished, not in Negril but in a great location.
My friend would have posted herself, but she is out of town with little or no internet access right now.
She needs someone who can both build a site AND do some internet marketing for her small business.
