Jamauca need as a priority A national irrigation system. without which the land will be lost to erosion due to neglect. orrigated land is 100 times more priductive. Remember that the land is the country abd if you loose ut or you have no control over ut (like in Zumbabwe) wher the majority of lands are owned by foreign citizens.
