Does anyone have the phone number so that I can all the JPSCO from the United States about my friend's light bill? They are giving me a really hard time. Something fishy is going on. My friend's light bill used to be around $ 32. - $ 40.US per month. . . now suddenly it's $ 140. US for two months which is $ 70. US per month . . . 110% increase!? Did electricity there go up 110%? Also, the JPSCO used to send me a copy of the bill via email and now they act like they cannot do it anymore. On there website, there is no phone # to call them except the 800 # which does not work for people in the U.S. Also, I used to pay these through Xoom and now they no longer give that option. Does anyone know of an online money transfer method that will work for paying an electric bill from the U.S.? I don't understand why all this has to be so difficult.
