does anybody know if we have a ficticious character clause like in de states??

What it is, is that yuh haffee have a board of directors and you can apply for ficticous characters suh yuh cyan jus mekup mekup name fi de ppl who mek de decison dem etc.

No idea - however, with registering said not-for profits, a copy of the By-Laws are placed on file, each year an update (of duly elected executives names and addresses) must be provided as well as a copy of the AGM minutes illustrating the election and process/results... in addition to the annual fee.

That being said though, in my five years active on such a board, I have never knowingly been contacted (or investigated) in any way to confirm my existance or participation.
