What exactly is procrastination and what does it do?
There are a lot of people that suffer from procrastination. Some people suffer from it mildly while others suffer from it severely. For those who don't know what it is; people who procrastinate are unable to do several different things in life that may change their lifestyle and/or current situation.

Have you ever had an idea that will probably make you rich?
You know that this idea will probably work but at the same time you don't want to try it because you're afraid.
Why are you afraid?
You are afraid of failure and/or even success, but in reality there is nothing to be afraid of.
Where does this fear come from?
This fear is a result of procrastination. Most people usually fear failure but some others are also afraid of success.
How can someone be afraid of success?!?
Success will result in a change of lifestyle and commodity. Some people are used to their normal lifestyles and they just can't imagine themselves living in a different way.
How can you Overcome Procrastination
There is no special pill or medicine that will help you to overcome procrastination. Some people who suffer from this problem will end up taking drugs or consuming large amounts of alcohol. But needless to say, drugs and alcohol will only make things worse.
The only way to get rid of procrastination is by getting your mind on the right track. If you think about something and you start to procrastinate, just say to yourself: If I try this method, what is the worst thing that can happen? Most probably the answer to this question will be "failure". Failure is no big thing, everybody fails at something. You just have to learn to forget and start over again.
Trust me facing your fears will be much less painful. There are some minor cases which will end up with bad consequences if you fail, but why not be optimistic? When you start doing something, think about one thing "Success". If you keep thinking about failure, you'll end up failing for real!
You can train your mind and overcome procrastination even by participating in sports, or perhaps some yoga. When you do something you are telling your mind that you are capable of participating in something and that will definitely help you to stop procrastination.
