Tattoo shop in Jamaica

my step daughter boyfriend is from St. Vincent. Hes a tattoo artist. Hes really good and he does his own artwork plus he can freehand tattoo as well (which is really a art).
Anyway, he got some good tattoo equipment.
I noticed there isnt very much in the way of tattoo shops in Jamaica and have suggested we could possibly lend him some start up money and open a nice shop in Jamaica. I was thinking a spot where also tourist could get ink as well, so im maybe thinking Ochi or Mobay

lol...there are tattoo shops in ja...they might be on someone's veranda, or in di kitchen, or in a hairdressing parlor..but they are there

What I don't get is people who are really dark and who get hard-to-see dark tattoos.
Don't the tattoo artists have white ink so as to provide some contrast?
But then I think tattooing is crazy to begin with.

Here's some tattoo trivia for everyone:

You cannot be buried in an orthodox Jewish graveyard with a tattoo. They must be cut off before your body can go in the ground because tattoos are considered a desecration of God's creation
I wonder if the concentration camp numbers are included?

thats a good question. i know muslims have some thing with not being allowed to pray in a mosque if they have tattoos...dont hold me on it though.
