wat a disappointedment the bowl does work the way the manufacturers show it but they didnt anticipate that the child would just find some other way to make a mess. see video

i need some recipe for fish crackers and animal snacks w/o the sodium and sugar of the store bought stuff. she loves the little shapes.....yuh have ne recipes?

i found the low sodium fish crackers had 1% less .... not much diff. but this was at the drug store though maybe i will look more at the grocery store.

I dunno for sure. But I wouldn't be too strict on her sodium intake just yet. Lots of sodium in Cheerios too, right?

Plus ... with losing so much fluid recently, she may need some salt

Before moving to the Borderland..I used to monitor Hunter's sodium/sugar intake. But since temps are rarely below 90 (and Hunter sweats A LOT) I've eased up on the sodium, but still come down and nix the sugar.

When I was monitoring sodium...I just made sure things said reduced sodium or no salt. They do have no salt Cheerios (knock off)...the one I get is by Nature's Choice.

i started putting some salt in her applejuice. mi see ILP commented that i worked for Hunter wen he was sick...

i just meant part of her regular diet i dont want to be high sodium. for now i give her watever she will eat as she on the mends. ...

plus there is enough salt in the the cheese and the other tings plus i do cook with salt...so i know on a daily basis if i limit snack etc dat is not going to make her deficient.
