As for the breastfeeding an older child who can walk and talk and tie out goat To each her own I suppose I breastfed for the child's nourishment. They were weaned from the breast as they expanded their diet into other foods ... around six months of age. Neither my baby nor I minded when we ended.

well in some families the breast is shared

By the time i quit nursing we were both ready to have my breast back.

but i guess they could argue that u are doing this for the child and putting ur need aside

wen u think about it...the extra milk cant hurt

extra milk can't hurt wha??? And as earlier discussed, how much of a 'milk' is it, or is it more milk wata???

And as for putting the need of the child first... nah... the child has the monopoly on the breast for the first, say, year of his life. After that, it's daddies turn... and mine...

i agree with you. 1 yr is quite enough.

as for the extra milk wat i mean is watever it is that is still in the breast i guess it cant hurt the child....even if proven that it is just water and no nutritional value i am sure its not &quot;hurting&quot; least not physically.

bubba have a 1 year lease pon mi titty. i find di pic weird because that feeding pose is unnatural. but if she waan feed har 40 month old then is her choice i just wudn't dweet. mi nuh tink mi body cud hold up and mi nuh tink mi schedule wid either.

I was not a breast fed baby, I wonder if that's why anyway I plan on stopping breastfeeding when he is six months old I think he will resist big time as he is so attached to the titi now ....also little man seem so opinionated at five plus months

I think she has gone on with the breast feeding for way too long just my two cents.

and some of the ppl dem so extreme. the radio host affi a remind dem seh dem still have a marriage to work on and ask dem how dem mek time fi demself and spouse.
