To leash or unleash the child

There is something about seeing a kid on a leash that rubs me the wrong way...what about good old parenting...what is wrong with these parents????? And if I offended u in asking that question...its ok not to ever talk back to me...just look into your damn self...Sigh

What is your opinion ... is a parent who uses a leash on their child/children a bad parent

in some instances it is a wonderful thing and sometimes it is just lazy parenting

good thing. As I had hyperactive hanna who used to disappear in a heartbeat. The only bad thing that happened was that she decided to go on all fours and bark in the museum of natural history

i've considered the need for one in the future. it seems so easy to be in a situation where your attention is split between kid and something else and a tether may give some security.

mi would frown on everyday use of it though.

I have never used a leash on either of my children but the person who mi quote using the fact that somebody use one make them a bad parent make mi smh ... How can you judge a person who you don't know Adam bout by the fact that they refuse to have a child on the run (even if them being lazy) is not practicing good old parenting?

before i had a child i would judge now i am totally cool with it. i like the cute back pack stuff animal types.. so far i havent needed one cus she is really good when we go out.
