Some much younger couples [married and unmarried] have children sometimes more than one and walk away from their responsibilities and leave other people to pick up the pieces which is good because some people either cannot have children and some doan want to be bothered with the 9 months of being pregnant and giving birth. Martin's wife is only 41 it is not like she is his age plus she will have a loving husband and father with the child even if it is for 10 years. A lot of people in this world never had their father participating in their lives - even for 10 years.

I thought Martin's wife was only 41 - life is a gamble today you are here tomorrow you are gone - no one knows
how long they will live on this earth. My granny died 2 years ago at 102 and she outlived 4 of her children and some of grans. Of course since I doan know everything this is only my humble opinion.

this could have happened to a mom in her 20s or 30s. she didnt die of natural causes, she died of breast cancer which she was diagnosed with after the birth.

The mother is 41! She's a young'un! Mother is the primary caregiver. I would feel differently if a woman of 67 'decided' it was time to have a child.
