Seriously though, in real life we adjust our wardrobe according to the venue. An outing for a conservative event requires conservative dress. An outing for a creative event- we dress more creatively. In her school it appears she wears a uniform and with the uniform comes a dress code. The child's mother is making a mountain over a mole hill and I would not be suprised if this was an attempt to get her daughter into media for acting/modeling.

If a child has been suspended how can that be making a mountain out of a molehill.

I have no problem with a uniform or dress code but it must be applied consistently. If the white girls can wear it loose, she should be allowed to wear it loose.

1- only child
2- mother dotes on said child and allows complete free expression
3- mother wants daughter to go into creative field and feels said free expression is limited by school
4-what a way to get free press!
5- if her mother felt that strongly about natural hair, why is she wearing a wig
