if soy bad, how come di asian ppl a prospa? dem have mix reviews on soy, as i recall- some say it stop cancer, some say di data nuh valid enuf fi mek di claim, but i never hear where it affeck any skillz.
mi stap use soy, caw lemme tell u, wen mi wassa drink dat, i used to have some pungent scents. but seen as u use chlorophyll sue- u probly smell like channel 5.Comment

wl: i thought it said a higher incedent level in blacks not all blacks. </div></div> Th eincidences may be higher,but it is not an uincurable disease.. it is the same they said about hypertension with blacks. And since 9/11 the whites has swiftly caught up with the black incidences of it.

You are probably tring to bring your IQ down to my level of communication.
What happens is that when we take up somthing we have a tendency to overuse ut. It;s just like when yoy live in a community where certain foods are plentioful,you hav ea tendency to iuse it more s[arsely that the person who recently have it that acessable. The chinese and Koreans use soy,but they tend to ise it in moderation. Yes it is used in amny d9fferent ways,but still not in as greate a quantity as the west tend to do. Do yoy realize that I am a vehetaruan and tend to eat less vegetable than people watchging their weight? I never eat raw vegetable salad.Comment

Now i do not. passing gas is not as 'normal as they wan't you to believe. passing gas only mean that th edigestive system is not compleyely breaking down the foods. this happens when you don't Have any type of protein, not just beans, for an extended period. since I eat just about all forms of vegetable protein on a regular basis I do not have that problem. strange thoiugh is that i do not eat a lotof anything including beans.i rat once perday and about the same portion as people eat at a meal,and possibly on th esmall side. i'v done this for all my adult life and has not gained or looseds a pound since I was 17 or 18. I also never go hungry,and work very long hours.
One mpre thing I have lots of energy,and the same amount in th eevenings as I do when I wake up.
Justincase you may tyhink that i'm starving I weight the exact recommended weight for my hight. Yes the new scale.Comment

I don't know if it is a black people problem, the only thing I know is that milk and I are not compatible, so I don't use it and usually only eat fruit based ice cream. However, I use small amount of butter and cream without having any great problem.
I don't like soya in any form!Comment

o yeh and i googled "negative effects of soy" and they said that since soy had harmones it was very bad for people with thyroid problems as it causes depression and such". now i'm gonna google "health benefits of soy" to see what turns up.

I don't like soya in any form! </div></div> You better rethink that policy of not using milk. .Did you know that if ther is a Nuclear accident, you will need to be able to digest milk to avoid some of themost damaging effects of exposure to radiation? yes if you work in sertain indistry, like the workers inthe zinc factory are required to drink milk on a daily basis to orotect against the effects of the airbourn chemicals.
Milk is very important. As a matter of fact the reason why Idid reseatcg on Lactose intollerance,was that as a physician and scientist, I couldn't find ant reason why blacks were genetically prone to the lacyose in milk. I know that the lactose in milk in it's pure form induces diarreah in all himanbeings. So since ther is no physical difference in the digestive tract of those with lactose intollerance.
It had to be a chemoical. And surely it has been confirmed,and just as rasily resolved. So it is all good to avoid some foods,but thermay be times in th efuture where that food may be you only avaiable treatment.Comment

Well I just hope there will not be a nuclear accident.
Further, I haven't drank milk for years and have had no side negative effect
and my doctor told me that milk is important to growing children and teenager to help them develop strong bones and teeth, but is not really necessary for adults. However, the milk industry advertising campaign was a very good one and you are one of those people who believe the hype.
