wash all dat dung when mi done wid a tall glaws a ice wata. Dat will kip mi till bout noon when mi guh have di ress a it fi lunch an den mi nyam dinner wish gwine be curry chicken wid carrot cut up in deh brown rice an crispy sweet corn.

in between mi nyam hazelnuts, almonds pine nuts anyting weh inna di fridge

<span style="color: #3333FF">Sometimes I feel like breakfast, sometimes I don't. I usually make some kind of hot cereal in the morning for MrBlue. I've been eating a lot of oatmeal and lately have been adding wheat germ.

If I have time I'll make grits and eggs. </span>
