... and then there are jamaicans who have lived in this country for so many years and ONLY eat jamaican foods, they're just as repulsive.

I think its sad when people limit themselves to one kind of cuisine. There are so many varieties out there where food is concerned, and to limit yourself to one kind of food is sad.....Thai, Japanese, Vietnamese, Indian, Italian.....

Well I only have one body and it will have to last me all my life.
.. and I don't wan't to hav eit with too many dificiencies. So I am very careful about what I put in it.
Just as I don'r just take any drugs, I do the same with food.

Afterall food take mush longer before you see the effects then most other drugs

all other types of ethnic foods will kill you?

given how heavy many Jamaican dishes are on carbs or are deep fried, etc etc. you could be limiting your life span already


i'll try anything once cause u never know what fabulous taste you might be missing out on because of finickness.

life is too short.

I'll try variations to what I know already like brown rice and whole wheat pasta and most vegetables ... and only because I cant get what I want easily ... I'm a picky eater even with Jamaican food so that's just me ...
