high fibre Apple Pie Smoothie
1 cup apple juice
3 apples peeled cored and diced
1 1/2 cups frozen low fat vanilla yogert
1/4 cup ground flax seed
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
pour juice in blender, then add rest of ingredients and blend til smooth. serves 3
Tutti-Fruitt Smoothie
1/4 cup lime juice
1/4 g sugar
1 cup seedless watermelon diced
1 cup cantelope cubed
1 cup honeydew cubed
6 regular icecubes
melt sugar in lime juice add all ingredients in blender till smooth
serves 3
dessert for breakfast smoothie
2 frozen bananas in chunks
1 cup low fat milk
1/4 cup granola
1 tbsp maple syrup
blend till smooth serves 2
