Well I am thrilled to report that the Shish Kebabs were a HIT!!!!!! thanks to alla oonu that gave advice - especially Ms. Peps - de ongle ting is dat mi feget de pineapple inna de fridge - but everyting else was GREAT!!!
Some other items on the menu - was Roast fish stuff wid callaloo, Ackee and saltfish, fry fish, garlic lobster tails, Herring dip wid crakas (Home made Solomon Grundy) and wash dung wid Lychee Martinis mmmm. mmm. mm... - yessideh was a good day!!!

my mister-frend loves them but he allergic to shellfish (or 'shellfood' as he says, which i always muss translate for other mericans, they have no idea what he's sayin) so i make them with good cuts of steak, since red meat is a special treat for us.
