each day M U S T begin with a hot cup of tea, <span style="font-style: italic">mint tea</span>, Milo, Ovaltine or cocoa?

My doctor fren says that cold is just as good...

As a matter of fact, I remember a parent dropping off an almost frozen gallon of milk for his baby at the sitter. Dat was all the child used to love..ice cold milk... thawing out.

if the day already hot and i am thristy i start with a cold drink..lemonade even..if time cold den tea definately..if mi feel gas a tek mi up den mint regardless of temperature.

neither hot nor cold for me; i start the day with one big glassa room temperature (distilled) water. i never have the 'morning gas' experience (so far anyway), but when the belly gripe me sometimes, i agree mint tea is just the thing.

after my glassa water it's somethin hot, usually coffee/sometimes tea, no matter the weather hot or cold.

usually have a tea sometime in the evening as well. although if its super swelterin, it might occasionally be ice tea instedda hot. I think iced mint tea is the Bomb, <span style="font-weight: bold">so</span> wefweshing on a hot day.

I HAVE to have my cup of MINT TEA every morning - everybaddy inna de office know nuh fe chat to mi until mi done drink mi mint tea...

maybe it's mind over matter - but I don;t feel right physically until I have my mint tea.

Got to have <span style="font-weight: bold">A</span> cup of tea in the am.-don't care what type of tea.....sometimes will have hot chocolate-not often though.....with or w/o toast....ON occaisions, will drink a small glass of OJ (after mi tea)...

I was brainwashed to think it was a sin not to have something hot in the mornings....glory!

but dat could be because I smoke, not sure~

for the kids, i kind of insist summer/winter dat dem start out dem day wid a hot cup of Milo~ and OJ to go~

but the other day i was reading something about room temp water should be the first thing in the morning. Dat me cudda never do, cause more time for some reason, when me drink water, unless me really thirsty, water mek me feel sick~~

Have to be doing that now and it's not too bad. As a matter of fact, it actually tastes good and seems to get the body awake. ...and de mi have di tea.
