... because we have become programmed not to know when we're hungry Doc. i look at the tv and cringe, food food food food food food ads and then inevitably the jenny craigs, diet pill this, diet programme dat. funny, in north america we know the most about good nutrition, yet we're the least healthiest.

Thanks for the concern CB...but I am not one "to poop" more dan so...and especially n public...no, no, no, no...
But remember now seh mi still not fully recovered and dis yah sumting require dat me eat properly.
