Now somebody is going to fry some green plantains for a potluck at work ... what kinda dip/sauce unno suggest. Normally i eat it with some cook up salt fish but i dont like them enough to spend that amount of money for salt fish on them ...

You may add or take away the vinegar to suit your taste.....make sure yu hab plenty gum
The above recipe is nice when you substitute sour orange in place of the vinegar (can find it, bottled, in Spanish ethnic shops)
