tek a salmon head...u know dem is sizable....stuff it wid lemon r lime slices an empty a corona ovah it eena a ziploc bag...leff it in di fridge ovah nite

den amawning, tek out di fish head an empty out di wedges....stuff di fish head wid cuts of yellow squash an zucchini, vidalil an slice of yellow, red an green peppa....use toothpicks to hold di head closed wid di veggies inside

spray wid some olive ile....spray a piece of alumininium file wid di said ile an wrap rung di head....den put ovah di grill fi bout 5 minutes....

jook di file an pour di beer from di ziploc ovah di fish head an mek it stay pon di grill fi anodda 10minutes

u could do di said ting wid di salmon slices r howeva u get u salmon...i can truthfully seh i go to di Filipino stores on a Friday an buy juss di heads...mi get three a dem yessiday, clean out di gills an freeze two fi anodda day ..
