LOOKING FOR A LITTLE ADVISE HERE....I've made all saltfish, tuna & salmon flitters, which all came out great.....when I attempted to do some ripe banana flitters the other day, they stuck to the pan immediately!...and I ended up throwing out everything!
I had put 4 ripe bananas in the frig. so they dem nah spwile...I mashed them up, added flour & wata like mi always do, then a likkle nutmeg & cinnemon....heated the ile same weh mi always do and dem stick!
Wha mi do wrong?....bananas too cold?, dem too nuff fi de amount ah flour?....anyone know?
