No dry Walkerswood rub...

I've only seen the wet Walkerswood jerk marinade used but after reading a few posts praising the dry rub I got all set to grill this weekend. After checking all the chiney man stores in the neighborhood and even checking online...

No rub.

Ei idah sell out,or dem nuh haff ei to begin wid.

What a ting, I done run mi mout tellin people come over fi sundeh dinnah.

i've never tried it, I always liked the wet one but true sey I was trying to grill I read in another post that the dry was bettah fi dat.

Plus i never cooked with the wet one myself, I just always ate and nevah ask any question.

This is what I figah ah guh haffi do:

is vegetarian chicken ah mekkin

score veggi chicken
mix a marinade with 3 tsp. walkerswood, likkle soya, likkle honey, likkle guinness.

marinade overnight. bake at 350 for maybe 10-15 minutes (true say a wan veggie chicken mi makin, won't tek lang)
Grill 5 minutes pon eidah side to scorch ei. Meanwhile mi a guh tek the leffovah liquid and make a sauce wid ei wid some sautee onion, garlic, and maybe I'll trow a likkle guinness inna dey an see how it do.
