One common one that most persons have is to pick at the rice... or whatever...with the fork... while chewing on a mouthful.

I can't have the meat/fish/poultry on the plate facing me so I am always turning the plate around in restaurants.

I cannot drink while I am eating.
I have to wait until the end of my meal...to have water, juice or whatever...and that's not a good thing.

Why do you think that is?....because you were required to eat all of your meal, as a child, before you could have drinks?

I can&quot;t stand to have certain foods touching each other. I don't want my meat and gravy running into my vegetables. I have to have them in a little seperate dish.

Unless I know you I won't eat anything from you. I know that comes from growing up, we were taught not to eat from everybody. I also don't eat soups, casseroles, eggs and a whole mess of things I just won't touch.

I could eat a bowl of cereal and be happy.

It seemed so gauche...so I just never wanted to do that food and water in the mouth thingy...but wait until I had completed my meal.
