Yam Fries

nat sweet potato

anybody ever try to make fries with yellow or white yam? :thinking:

I know they have cassava (yucca) fries so am wondering if anyone tried with the yams.

I think they would be healthier than potato fries.

Maybe she's talking about a different way to cook them? If not I'm with you they are all starches.

You just reminded me of roass yam and mi have no idea whe fi fine dat now...:sigh:

Fries are made in the oven too, even baked potatoes.
