Well, okay. It's more like mango preserves, but I liked the sound of mango jam better.

I just made it last night, so I have to wait to see how it sets, but it tastes good.

I can't think of anything to use it with, though.

Ideas?</span>

That actually doesn't sound bad. But that sounds more like a wine and cheese kind of deal, something I'd have out or at someone else's.

I like the pie idea, or maybe small mango turnovers. For fish, maybe to make a sweet and sour sauce to go on the side? Or this recipe:

I didn't mean fish <span style="font-style: italic">with</span> jam. (Well, I might have considered it, but I'm certainly not going to tell <span style="font-weight: bold">you</span> that now.) I meant ways to use the jam (and it's really more like preserves - practically just fruit, really) on the side. As a side. With side dishes. Oh, forget it. </span>
