mi juss done mek some and mi nuh like how it come out

mi soak it fi bout 3 minutes inna water and then mi fry it light olive ile

it soak up nuff a the oil

wah mi do wrang ? mi like it lightly crispy on the outside and moist in the center

Fuss of all, wata no fi use.....it will help bruk it dung.

Mi use soy milk ar heny kinna milk mi hab inna di house. Di amount ah time yu soak it depend pan condition ah di bammy. If it really dry, soak it fi bout 2 minutes. If it no dat dry, just coat it fi bout 30 seconds pan each side.

But it sown like yu put too much ile inna di pot.....
