we planted some seeds in spring this year and we have several bags fulla nice red HOTTTT peppers!!! an de tree dem still ah bear!!!

u know di ongle time mi mek pickle is wen mi fix escoviche...fi real....mi love cook di pepper into mi meal....mi love cook up di pepper cause it help di arthritis mi seem to be getting in mi fingers....ah sah...of all di tings mi haffi inherit from mi modda it had to be dat..she neva go near water fi wash r cool cause a di arthritis....but di pepper help it...fi real....an it cheaper dan the over the counter extract dem sell fi arthritis

WOW - I have heard that teh scotch bonnet good fro your heart - but I never knew it good for arthritis to ***mek note***

I mek pickle for the fish to - but mi mek ah big bokkle of hot hot peppa moasly an few slivers of carrot and onions and the vinegar - it it way more peppery than the traditional pickle - I put it in a jar - and i jus sprinkle it over my food each time I eat - it mek de pepper stretch much longer,.
