I already made the rice and peas and the bread, and maybe some salad will go with it all. I don't know. I haven't done well with baking fish lately. Also, I'm going to make a cream cheese pie. </span>

it go like this

garlic
fennel
thyme
salt
pepper
olive oil
onion (large)
chopped carrots (as much as you like)
chopped celery (as much as you like)
4 to 5 cups of fish stock (use chicken if you dont have fish)
4 medium pototoes (mi leave the skin on, but mi chunk them)
diced tomatoes
1 1/2 pounds of cod fish, cut into 1 inch pieces (this time of year di cod nice man)

put all of the veggies (except tomatoes and potatoes) in the pot with the garlic, thyme, onion and the olive oil.
stir until the onions sweat.
add stock and potatoes. cook until potatoes are tender.
add tomatoes. simmer for about 5 minutes.
add pepper, salt, and cod simmer another 5 minutes or until fish is cooked.

man it nice man.
about the measurements, i am sure i have them somewhere, but mi nu boddah measure again.

this stew is nice and filling.

me till ah cook doah, an true mi a play chef today:

pasta primavera with carrots, swiss chard, broccoli, zucchini.
Spinach salad with candied pecans, feta, and balsamic vinaigrette.

grilled wild alaskan salmon with a lime butter sauce

fresh picked callaloo with onions and secret spice

wild rice

dessert -- kids will eat ice cream, adults will have strawberries with sugar.

This morning before I went to bed I made

Rice, Quinoa and Peas. (I mixed Jasmin Rice and Quinoa and keep it in container)

Now I am baking a Sweet Bread for Dessert.
