Sugar-cane

Mi completely figet how fi handle sugar cane.

Brought home some sections this p.m. and mi haffi leff dem till tomorrow when mi ask smaddy fi cut dem up.

I ate what I could but I really prefer having them cut up in small pieces and then slowly enjoying them. I was fighting dem too much when I tried to peel the cane.

What <span style="text-decoration: underline">is</span> the strategy fi cutting up cane?

peel the cane skin length wise
cut the cane in chunks..cut just above/below the bump
split the chunks length wise..bout 4x crossways..if yu want them really smal yu can cut each chunk in half

i get the freshly juiced sugar cane juice. they squeeze it right in front of you and cello seal the top. i must say, i'm beginning to deify chinese people. they think of everything!
