anyway mi tired fi see this ooman pan tv a guh supermarket and walk out wid 200 worth a groceries fi 80 and as low as 60 something dollars.


suh mi challenge miself to attempt to do the same

mi trying fi buy 200 worth a grocery fi juss 70 or at least CUT my total bill by 50-60% using coupons.

soem stores here price match
but the customer have to bring in the whole flyer from the store that have the lower price so that the date and product can be verified.
now the coupon thing the casheir have to verify the date and size of the product.
Here you have to pay taxes on stuff and some people think when it says that a product is free they dont have to pay anything.
But if they read the fine print it will tell them it is not completely free they have to pay the tax.

I use my coupons all the time....never used to but now its a must.

My favorite store is Waldbaums.....I am a valued shopper. Over 90% of my cart contains items that are on sale. Perfect example...I went shopping the other day and my total came up to $83.09, after I swiped my shoppers card and 3 coupons my new total was $36.39

I also visit 2 different stores to save even more.....did that last weekend and got $200 worth of groceries for $81.28

You have to be wise with this economy.

yes there were 2 marathoners, and one do the reglah items, but the odda one did it like you say.

instead of bag lettuce him buy the fresh lettuce, and so on tings in season and fresh tings (which mek mi kinda wonder cause one of the complaints from some people as to why dem dont buy more fresh food is that it too expensive but he seemed to do it)

eena farrin it hawd fi buy tings in season excepting in summer when di ha*****ous can even grow two tommatis and some callallo. but di ting to do now, expecially since a hawvest season is to buy di tings dem and prepare dem fi wintah.

vegetables unnuz can blanch and freeze (unnu haffi goh google dat fi unnuz self).

even sweet potatoe and casava can freeze. di yam can freeze too but unnu haffi dip it eena likkle lime and vinegar soh it don't tun bad colla.

Because over 90% of the items in my cart are on sale. If you're a shoppers club member, once you swipe your card, the adjustments come off automatically.

Since I came back to NYC, I have saved over $800 by buying things on sales.....Waldbaums

It's not really the coupons you know. The coupons allow me to save more. Its the fact that I buy majority of the things on sale and being a club card member, the deductions are taken off automatically when my card is presented.

The coupons allow me to save a little more.....
