Tilly, boil 3 cloves of garlic in a cup of water. Boil it down to about three quarter cup. Remove the skin from the garlic. Eat the garlic. Chew fast and swallow cause it taste bad. Drink the water that you boiled it in as hot as you can take it. Also...take your vitamin C.

It works so I'm begging you to do it. In the meantime, tek couple

OK, for dinner I'm having curried goat and parboiled rice. May steam some cabbage or mixed veggies.
