I went grocery shopping this morning and picked up a container of kosher salt. Normally I buy sea salt, but they were all out of that, so I figured I would give kosher salt a try.
Is kosher salt heavier or lighter than regular salt...meaning which is saltier.
Also, if you use or have used it in the past, how did you find it for cooking? I sprinkled some when I got home, and it doesn't look like a very good table salt.
