Summer so the bbqing is on

on the grill:
chicken
ribs
corn
plantain
zucchini
asparagus


I made rice and peas. sister brought macaroni and cheese, potato salad, collard greens , corn bread

washed down with a glass of wine and a piece of cake

tomorrow is spinach and spinach fi every meal

lemonade

cooking is not high on the list of things I can do comfortably right now

I will fire up that grill later this week with some jerk chicken and corn on the cob.

For breakfast I made:
fry dumpling
fresh cod cook up saltfish style
callaloo from mi gawden
hard boiled eggs

All day I eating box of mangoes mi fren ship from Miami dat grow pan anneda yaadie tree dung deh. *puhp* *belch*

no mango here..so no "puhping" either

It in the pressure cooker and the rice and gungo peas in the rice cooker + potato salad and cucumber and tomato slices. Too hot fi turn on oven and stove.
